how do i know when im actually having contractions? As of now my stomach keeps tightening, i have alot of pressure down there which is causing abdominal pain and some back pain😣 but idk if those are contractions or its just regular pain

same thing happened to me when I was pregnant and I got to hospital and was a 6 and 30 minutes later I was a 8
@Ethansmommy12192015, you are in labor mommy! Go to the hospital. They will check to see if you are dilated which you should be because that is the pressure
