I would call and ask. I went to the labor and delivery that my ob delivers at so they were aware that I was there.

@hannahk0624, yeah it hurts like crazy when they check ;( I was gonna go to the er yesterday but I don't know if I should go see the ob today instead since he opens today and tell them that I went to the hospital and how I was feeling last night idk if I can wait till Wednesday ( that's when my next checkup is)

yeah they were monitoring me as well but u could feel my contractions. well the big ones. I was checked for dilation 3 times while there. the nurse ended up making me bleed.

I had this same experience Saturday! they sent me home because there was nothing they could do because I was 36 weeks. even though I was having very real contractions that they could see.

good deal. try some relaxation breathing techniques, drink water, and follow your gut @1st.timemommy

I didnt feel any contractions either lol. my Dr's think my measurements were off bc I had moved from a different state at 36 weeks and then never saw a dr in time before our first baby came. if there's pain you definitely need to at least call the ER line @1st.timemommy

@gypsy.soul2, but I don't have contractions well I don't feel them I've only felt two today and they've been far away and is there not a difference since you were 39 weeks ? They didn't want to leave me at the hospital yesterday because I didn't open anymore in an hour

you might be in labor love. I went from 3 to 9 cm in the same day at 39wks. I thought I had to poop and pee and nothing was coming out... I didn't know I was in labor.. I got to the hospital at 6 cm. I'd go to the hospital. best wishes xoxo @1st.timemommy
