Yup can happen and has happened to me I spotted after a bowel movement and my doctor said that's what caused it....

I'm not going into detail so people won't start calling me crazy but if you strain yourself like push you do end up pushing through your vagina like when pushing a child you can spot if you've never heard of it that something else maybe it's never happened to you but I definitely spotted from my vagina my first time and that's when I first heard of it y'all can look it up also

@lillady, @callumsmommy @preggimama @shannonb95 it's true. It happened to me yesterday. I'm pregnant with twins and after a horrible run of diarrhea and constipation I had period like blood come out. It's from straining and the babies pushing down on my cervix when i strained. I'm guess y'all didn't know that you can have a bowel movement during labor as well from pushing.
