If it's spotting u should be alright it's usually if you have heavy bleeding and cramping then you should go in but spotting is normal even is little later in pregnancy especially after sex but if your concerned go in to be safe or at least call the dr
your cervix is sensitive during pregnancy.. I bleed almost every time we have sex.. it's normal. If you're cramping and bleeding gushes then go for sure.

I talked to my midwife and she said there's nothing the er can do and told me to just rest. I'm hoping that's what it is @gypsy.soul2
