Soooo here I am still pregnant 🤔Didn't think I would be, but glad he will be fully baked when he does come. Tomorrow I have my 39 week appointment and I'm gonna get my membrane sweep 😱. I'm just so hoping he comes on his own ! Really wanna avoid induction at all costs !

just a warning 🚨🚨🚨it hurts like hell when they do the sweeping just try and keep calm and breath if it helps talk to ur nurse while it's being done to keep your mind off it

Uhh I've heard, never have had it done, but I have a high pain tolerance so I'm hoping that helps me uhhh.!

A membrane sweep is a way of trying to bring on labour to avoid going too overdue. It'll be the first step your midwife or doctor offers, before other methods of induction, to get your labour going. Your midwife or doctor will carry out the procedure @klcubbage15 I hope it helps u too trust me I have a high pain tolerance too but it hurt and u do bleed after words to ask for a pad or bring one with u @foreveryoung247
