so have I. I asked my doctor and she said it's normal. u want to have diarrhea instead of being constipated because constipation causes hemorrhoids

Yea lol. I've been drinking Apple juice and cranberry juice and it's giving me the runs back to back lol. But aye that's good cause I don't want to be constipated
