has any of you other mommys to be feel like your over preparing for your baby but then getting worried about being too prepared?

and does anyone else get depressed about eating and feeling like you don't eat out of enjoyment anymore just because you have to then feels like they don't want to eat but still do bc you know you need it. (if that makes any sence)
