Yea why not as long as you let it sit a bit it's heated o wouldn't recommend the whites being slimy like it's possible to really cook the whites well and still have some yolk

@peaceinfall, @lyssa047 as long as you eat then straight out of the pan they are safe. don't let them cool eat them steaming!! I eat them all the time (:
