I get chapped lips and drink two of these a day. It can be dehydration but it's not always just that. I usually only get it a few times during winter and not horrible but I think being pregnant I have gotten it more than usual. I know I stay hydrated and that's not it. I'm not sure it's a serious thing for me either based on my reading but I copied a link that talks about chapped lips in pregnancy that may help you. :)
