Is there anything you didn't pack in your hospital bag that you wish you would have?
we only had one car with my first with my second I drove to my moms and I left my car at her house I say just leave it by the door at your house that way it's easy to find and on the way out
I wanna put the bag in my car but my boyfriend wants to leave it in the house in case we are in his car. We don't really go anywhere in his car though @danikag
I had it already to pack but I didn't get a chance to put it in the car and when I sent him it was moved
Oh no @danikag !! I've got a pair of yoga pants and a shirt. I've been told to go comfy.
my clothes lol I know it sounds dumb but both times I went into labor and I didn't have it ready so I sent my husband to get me clothes after the first baby I went home with clothes I wore when I went into labor it was clean thankfully and with my second I sent my husband and he got the wrong pants and I had to wrap a sheet around me because I was in nothing but underwear from the waist down. it was pure horror
HEATING PAD! -- I wasn't expecting a C-Section, so I didn't think to bring one. The C-Section caused serious gas. Like, terrible. The nurses kept bringing warm blankets, and they helped the gas to pass, but, they would loose their heat within minutes. Seriously. Buy a plug in one, or even a rice one, and put it in your trunk. That way you have it if you need it. The gas was, hands down, the WORST part of giving birth. So, having one will be a God send. And, if you don't end up using it at the hospital, you can use it later on when the baby has a gassy belly. It will help him to pass the gas also. (: ... I definitely over packed. The only thing I used... Snacks for husband & me. Hair ties. Brush. Chapstick. One comfy outfit. Charger for BOTH phones. A robe & slippers . (Again. with a c-section they made me walk the halls to help heal and to pass the gas. I was so sore I couldn't wear clothes. So, walking in my robe and slippers worked perfectly.) And then I wish I had a a heating pad.
