If you have an ultrasound picture put it in a nice frame. I also saw a cute idea on fb where you give your parents a sign that says grandma and grandpa, tell them to hold the signs but don't look at them, after you take the picture show them and they will be so surprised at what the picture says. I found out i was pregnant like a week before Mother's Day and was going to turn it into a gift but I just couldn't wait another week to tell her and ended up blurting it out lol
