I've found any exercise for my joints causes more pain especially the ones the physio to me to do but he said the joints won't get better til after the birth

Yeah sometimes I get a bit of pain when I use it. try use it for like 20 minutes then slowly go up to 45 then an hour and so on. I find that easier & don't just bounce u can move side to side on it too x

@mummytobex I have one and I bounced on it for about 45 minutes and it really put me in some pain so was just wondering if it felt like that for any one else @rachbump177

When I am 37 weeks this Friday I will start using mine for like an hour a day x

I have one but can't be bothered to pump it up! A friend gave it to me & said it was really good I must get my BF to sort it out for me. It's meant to help with your back and pelvic pain x
