What type of vitamins can I take to make me fertile ? I need some advice mommies .. 🤗

I took regular prenatals and it did the trick

Start taking a prenatal vitamin, it will help with your while reproductive tract and will be good for you to already be on it when you do get pregnant! And drink lots of water!

V8 would probably be okay too! I take the spring valley brand, you can find them at Walmart for $7-$8!

I wasn't having any luck conceiving we tried for a year and I took prenatals for a month twice a day everyday and got pregnant

these spanish pills my sister got for me in april. they're sopose to cleanse your body specially if you suffer from cysts like I did which caused my periods to be really painful. I went to the hospital once because the pain was unbearable and they just told me the pain was going to just keep coming and going unless I had them removed and I didn't want surgery. so after taking these pills I got pregnant that same month. It was crazy because I tried so much with my husband for 5 years and with these pills it worked.

I actually would lay on my back for 30 mins after sex without getting up and do Bicycles and 3wks later I was pregnant with my second child also I would do it every two days and would have at it I can honestly say it worked for me Good luck
