@mrsmoore, I'm sorry they didn't work for your friend, I personally use the wraps and my results have stayed, I know several people who have had great results with our wraps, it's the lotion in the wrap that does the work! it's not a water loss ordeal either😊 I personally strayed from the waist training when I realized what I did to my organs!
Lol @adamsmaaa lol if you want to get rid of it I'd suggest slowing down on it lol,my friend tried the wraps directions and all and it was only temporary results, instead of soda get hooked on water or Gatorade which I'm hooked on plus it helps if you are breastfeeding if not its better then soda I get hooked on ice water quick

waist training Is safe if you get your correct size and aren't going smaller then what recommended like you see most celebs do that's not safe it's only to be used while working out not all day everyday and corset training is what destroys your organs they are similar but very different @adamsmaaa no all soda needs to be cute once or twice a week won't be bad but it's the carbonation that make you bloated ,I cut it out and noticed a huge difference as for waist training they do say alot of bad reviews that because people have got it mixed up with corsets which are made to bring your waist in and squeeze your ribs as well ,and waist trainers are for your stomach to keep it in place give you a little shape and also flatten you out as your working out or even doing simple house work my dad's a doc and I made him explain the difference and also said it's safe
