It's perfectly normal. Baby is expected to move "normally" until around 25 weeks I believe.

I didnt feel my baby move until week 23

I feel my baby move but it's not all the time or a lot.

I'm 17 weeks 1 day and I feel it sometimes but nothing regular and some days not at all. it's normal. they can turn or move in ways that you can't feel.
