I'm 23 weeks. Is it normal to feel a lot of movement one week and then the next week barely feel anything? Last week for the first time my baby was kicking non stop everyday.. It was just flutters and this week he has barely been kicking me... I don't think I've felt any movement today :/ I'm getting worried.. Is this normal? Since I'm still early on? #FTM

Yes completely normal. You generally don't need to count kicks until 28 weeks I believe. Baby has active and lazy days just like us.

babies usually have a sleep schedule and maybe he or see is sleeping? my son kicks sometimes during the day but it's mostly at night when he's awake, the only time he kicks during the day is when I poke, shake or push on my belly to make him move.

I have been poking, pushing and shaking my belly but I got nothing in response. Last week whenever I poked my belly he would kick back. Maybe it's completely normal and I'm just freaking myself out.. But after having him so active last week I got so happy and then to have this is freaking me out. I think I only felt one little flutter earlier today when I was waking up but that's it. @mamaofangelbaby0610

Yea my little boy was a lot more active before too now he only really kicks a little bit at night but I completely understand you being scared, my first pregnancy my son didn't want to move unless I was laying down and I thought something was wrong too.

I had many many days where I didn't feel any movement. If you're that concerned there's no shame in going in. I never did but a lot of girls do. Also, get a Doppler if you can. It eased my mind a lot. Good luck girl.

yes it's normal up until recently my daughter would hardly move it was a bit frustrating cuz I was always worried but Dr said it was normal and I shouldn't even start counting them till 28 weeks so I got a fetal Doppler which helped ease my mind but now she moves alot lol
