my Dr let me eat a full meal during labor. it depends on your Dr and the hospital policy.

ya with the labor pains and contractions its just a precautionary to not eat. I didn't have to worry about it, my labor was only five hours, hopefully yours goes fast as well and then you won't need to worry about it. and plus a lot of the time, your so focused on getting through the pain you don't even worry about eating
