dizzy spells at 13 weeks? ! anyone else experiencing or have experienced this do you have any advice?

I did ! It was my sugar level was low. Make sure to eat something small about every 2 hours

Ok thank you ladies! I will drink more water and make sure I keep some snacks on hand!
