@lottiesmam, she's not fully back to back nor is she front to back she's more side in they think. She's pretty much been like this the whole way through. I'm trying to sit forward as much as poss but she gets squashed & goes crazy 😂 sleeping is the worst as I wake up & ive ended up on my back or something stupid. The things we put ourselves throu 🙈
@jazzifiz16, try sitting forward I was worried my baby was in the wrong position after a bit of research I found that lean yourself forward while sitting can help unfortunately I was never actually told my baby was back to back until labour and I didn't start doing it until gone 40 weeks so it was too late xx
I do and did while I was pregnant I had and still have SPD try heat pads on your hip and talk to your midwife of they're concerned about spd or pelvic gurdel pain they may refer you to physio which I've been told works wonders but I was never sent for it as my midwife was a cow xx
Have u tried elevating your legs for a few minutes before bed to help your circulation? Lie with your back on the floor &I your legs up the wall, use cushions/pillows to make it as comfy as possible &I don't lie there for longer than a few minutes. Also when my hips hurt at night I sleep with pillows/cushions propping them up. I think I have 15 pillows/cushions on the bed atm & I'm constantly rearranging them to try to get comfy. ATM I've got them so I'm fully sat up at my tummy hurts & bump is in the wrong position for birth.
