I have a question, I'm a ftm and having a baby boy in march 2016, I want him to be a junior (named after his dad) but I want to change the middle name.. could he still be a junior with a different middle name? his father's name is Thomas James and I want him to be Thomas Miguel Jr but I have no idea how this name thing works lol

No it has to be the whole name in order to be Jr.

I think it's whatever you want it to be. Typically I think it's first and middle name but it's still the first name so I see no reason not to have the middle name you want and still have junior

If its not the same exact name its not a Jr.

Has to be the same. My dad and brother have the same first and last name but my brother is not a junior bc he has a different middle name.

It's still a jr if it's the first name it's just not a "second"
