I'm having really bad cramps :( I'm not suppose to start my period till the 2nd...I'm hoping this is…

I'm not supposed to get my period until the 28th and I got a faint positive today, yesterday and Tuesday. Ok the easiest way for me to break this down is like this : Tuesday dec 15th I got a positive ovulation test. I got a faint positive pregnancy test the following Tuesday (two days ago) I was only 7dpo. You aren't considered "pregnant" until the egg implants into your uterus. And that's usually around 6-7 dpo. So the cramping might be implantation cramping. Because Monday I had cramps and was really nauseous.
