mommas with babies who just turned 1 or have already been through this before how do you transition from just bottles to actual food throughout the day?
i dont eat really except maybe 1 or 2 times a day. but i know my baby has to actually eat.
what are good foods to feed her snacks anything?

tiana eats eggs,friut and toast for breakfast then for snacks we do friut with crackers maybe some yogurt and dinner she eats veggies & rice

yeah we started a couple weeks ago...@babygirl10-11, and i have been feeding her i just feel bad like im slacking or something cause idk what im doing. and her 1 year appointment isnt until jan 4.
