I just tried to go shopping I felt hot all of sudden my ears felt weird and I blacked out. I made it to the car got home and now waiting for the doc to call back. please help what could it be.

possibly dehydrated as well. I did the same thing at the beginning of my pregnancy.

That happened to me except I didn't black out but felt like it. I think it's because blood pressure dropped. Also if blood sugar gets low. At least that was why with me. I'm glad your asking your doctor though. Everybody is different
