im 29wks pregnant with 2nd baby an after walkin 10mins up the local shop yesterday an started gettin pains down in my abdomen is anyone else avin same after such a little walk?
i dont have a option as my job im on my feet for 10hrs an wen im off or at home i ave a 4yr old too
@emma32, yes all the time it's the muscles at the bottom of your tummy stretching and having to work harder. I was advised not to go too much. But also not to sit around as that won't help either :) X
even though im gettin real pain across my bump by my belly button that wakes me at all hours in agony an im unable to move as its so sore
I wouldn't say that's braxton hicks, more likely to be strain on your pelvic muscles xx
It could just be the strain of the extra weight of the baby and fluid, maybe mention it to your midwife? xx
I get the pains a bit lower, just above pelvic region. I have no idea what they are though, I put it down to strain on the muscles?
sounds like nerve pain/ ligament pain/Braxton Hicks xx I get those pains too when I walk sometimes! @emma32
yes hun they are plus ive been gettin pains that wake me through night an early hours of morning but then im awake but in too much pain an cant move across my belly button area though
Baby could be lay on a nerve, I wasn't able to walk 2 minutes without being in loads of pain , I also have SPD , mention it to your midwife and she might refer you to physio , that's what mines done x
