Heart is heavy today for my besties sister in law. We had the same due date, but when she went to have her ultrasound they couldn't find the heartbeat.. & when she went back again they could no longer find the baby in her uterus.. she hasn't had any bleeding so I guess she s gonna have to get something done to make sure everything comes out 😔😔😔
