I'm not sure if there is a section already for this, but I am 40 weeks 2 days pregnant. I'm going to ask doc to strip my membranes, any advice? Did it work for you? What happens after? I'm nervous. Thank you!

They say it helps start the labor process. It's common for them to offer it after 39 weeks. Everyone is different so it's hard to tell if it really works I feel like. Some women go into labor that day others 48 hours later

My baby doesn't seem to want to. Some women don't have much of a choice but to be medically induced. I'd love for my baby to come naturally but unfortunately that isn't the case.
