I'm full of questions today ladies lol can we take pepto for upset stomach while pregnant?

I don't know if it's safe to take while pregnant. I drank it when I was around 12 weeks pregnant for about a whole week because I was feeling super nauseous at night time and it helped. I didn't know I was pregnant at that time 🙈 it didn't do no harm to me

It's been told no, because it has low doses of Aspirin in it. My doctor told me it isn't recommend for pregnant women because it helps with heartburn, and they don't want women taking it every day, or very often. But I was told I could take it once when I was very sick with a stomach virus, it was after my first trimester as well. So you may just have to ask.
