I'm trying so hard to quit smoking but i don't know if I can!!!

you can do it. I stopped cold turkey. everytime u smoke a cig think about your baby smoking in your womb. think about how small your baby could be when born what kind of ventilation it will have to have just to breathe. it is hard but u can do it and u have the best blessing in the world and reason to stop.

Just think about the baby and your mommy instincts will kick in, I quit cold turkey when I found out I was pregnant just because I realized i was hurting my little one and didn't want him being born with asthma. Take it easy and just think about your baby ❤️

you can do this!! ❤ I quit before I got pregnant (I'm allergic to nicotine so it was easy lol), but I understand it's difficult. as long as you are trying!! I honestly just stopped buying them and cut back to one a day, then one every other day, and so on. I eventually didn't want them anymore at all and didn't like it. I still crave them sometimes but I don't give in.
