So lastnight i tried the cry it out method for the first time because my son is about to be 10 months old and still wakes up multiple times back to back and expects to be fed when he's not really hungry but i have a few questions when do i do it ? do it do it when he naps during the day as well? do i still rock him to sleep and put him down if he wakes up let him cry? will he start going to sleep on his own without being rocked before bed ? do i put him in the crib when hes tired and let him cry it out?
