So I have intestinal issues that can't be diagnosed or fixed until I have my baby in June. I go from diehrrea for 2 weeks, to being regular for a week or two, to being constipated!!! Any other moms had this issue? What can I do to help regulate it all? I'm in the process of switching to really healthy foods (can't switch all at once or it wreaks havoc on my body).
Chia seeds while your stools are loose, Natural calm magnesium powder when they're hard. It's your hormones making it crazy and there's not too much you can do to regulate that because your body is responding immediately to what the baby needs which is a good thing. I feel your pain though, never know what I'm gonna wake up to :/
