This may seem like a dumb question but this is my first baby and I keep hearing about Braxton hicks contractions and how they aren't painful. What the heck do they feel like then? How am I suppose to know when I'm having one??? 😑

I have also felt pressure during my Braxton hicks you'll notice them with out your hand on your belly and they aren't anything to worry about just drink your water! It's like your uterus is practicing for real labor. My bh's can be slightly painful at times as well

mine are painful...but just enough to notice not anything actually hurting

I had Braxton hicks once and they were painful but every one is different
