He's had this for weeks its scratchy his dr gave us aquaphor and A&D but it will get worse it gets swollen idk what it is but it hurts him it on both his cheeks and for head neck

What @myangelfaith said and use coconut oil instead of lotions. Cut out all fragrances.

try switching laundry detergents or the baby soap you use, or both!
