So my boyfriend and I made agreement that we wouldn't put our son in daycare until he can talk because of everything going on in daycares now a days. But now I am considering daycare because my mom can't watch him like that anymore. she been watching him for me for the last four months while I was finishing school and now she has other things she need to do and I get that I can't depend in her for everything. and my boyfriend works all the time so it doesn't leave much time for me to work during the day. I work part time right now on weekends but I wanna work more hours to make more money. now that I'm outta school I'm just home all day during the week when I can be working or something...my boyfriend says just be a stay at home mom but his income doesn't take care of the three of us alone. I have to work too and be a mom at the same time but I think I need daycare I just have to find one I can trust with my baby without being worried what's gonna happen while he is there ya know.

Daycare is so expensive (well, it is where I live) & sometimes daycare expenses would be more than what you'd be making. Look into state daycare assistance programs, and if they have financial help that you qualify and you like the daycare then go for it. It's good for kids to interact with other lil ones. But if you do go the daycare route make sure you get to know the staff & the owners, check online reviews to make sure other people like how they handle the kids. What it comes down to is what you think is best for your baby. Best of luck with whatever you chose to do. 💋

I live in Chicago and it's expensive here as well. I'm gonna fill out the form for day care action to get assistance with child care because i can't afford the regular price and neither can my boyfriend. there is one daycare I am very familiar with. two kids my mom took care of went there and so did my niece and nephew I know the staff they are great with the kids so if I choose anyone it will probably be there and after researching they are actually the cheapest I found. $305 a week if the child go all 5 days a week if I can get the assistance and pay a copay I think it will work out for the best but if not then I'm gonna have to working during the week outta my head. @kimberlyyyy

girl you have to do what you need to do. it was not in my plans to have my child in daycare but we can't afford for me to be a stay at home mom and we have no one to watch him. I mean all we can do is just pray nothing happens to our babies.

I don't trust daycares. babies are dying and being abused in daycare I trust myself more than anyone... if I ever do daycare it will be a place I trust. @sexii_diiva

I just wanted him to be talking first so he can tell me what happens at school if anything were to happen @sexii_diiva
