I feel you! I sometimes cry from where I just want to pass gas so bad but I can't.

I get bad cramps from mine I wake up screaming! Laxatives are a life savor lol

My cramps are worse when I'm constipated too @mommatoa16

I get nauseous and lightheaded when I haven't been for a few days
