Doesn't matter if you have visitation or not. If your first one got taken away, I wouldn't try for a second until you got her back. If you don't have enough money for a lawyer, then save. Because preparing for a baby costs more than a lawyer.

my daughters dad took her from me for the second time, I dont have the lawyer money til taxes but we ended up pregnant. so I understand. use a basal thermometer and track your ovulation.
