I went to take the silly 3 hour glucose test and threw up everything before the first hour was over.…

I did the same thing. And threw up lottttts after. But I passed.

I couldn't continue the test because I didn't even make it a full hour for them to draw additional blood. I have to go back tomorrow and try again. I just don't know what I can do differently. -.- @brianna6987

Try sucking on a sugar free jolly rancher. Don't tell them tho. Doesn't make a difference in the test but the lady at my hospital that draws blood gave me a little " tip " if I ended up failing and having to retake. And try to not sleep. I tried to stay up as long as possible so I was tired and just fell asleep in the chair.

I go in on Wednesday for my 3 hour test. but with my daughter I had to as well and I didn't make it past drinking the whole bottle. so this pregnancy I snack on crackers before I get there and when they ask if I've eaten I tell them no. my first glucose test I passed so it didn't effect anything. this time around I ate something I probably shouldn't have and that's probably why I failed. but crackers before you go in.

Thanks you guys. I think a few crackers will help. I think everything sloshing around made me sick. I was afraid of getting an abnormal result and kept myself from eating but it obviously didn't work.
