How do you even go about writing a birth plan? What's in one, what kind of research should I do?

This is my first and I'm freaking out today. I'm not sure why.

with mine my OB gave me a template and just had me fill out what i wanted. also in the baby bump app theres a way to create it as well. i would ask your OB if you have any questions

They ask you when you are in labor. I personally did not have one. I'm more just go with the flow and I think it made it easier to not get an epidural

It's basically what you want and don't want during labor.

So to be honest I'm crying thinking of all these options, because that means that I'll have someone coming out of me. That is really amazing and overwhelming at the moment.
