I got it after I had my daughter, before leaving the hospital.

I would never get it. The flu shot is made with toxic levels of mercury. so even if we think it's fine now we don't know what it will do long term. Not worth the chance. If you eat healthy and exercise you will be just as safe.

you can only get sick from the flu shot if its already in your system, the shot itself can NOT get you sick. its a completely inactive virus.
