Finally got my Fenugreek, hopefully I produce more milk!!

I ate a lot of oatmeal. It helped!

milk and a little sugar. I had tea to drink too but that stuff was nasty lol so that didn't last long. I made oatmeal cookies too and used flax seed in my muffins ands 2 cookie recipes too. It worked great. I was able to nurse my youngest til 20 months doing it.

Did anyone else smell like maple syrup after drinking this? Or is it maybe because I got the powder to mix in water

yes @katienkaden but I tried to"fix it" with lots of honey cause I hated taste and smell lol.

look up lactation cookies. I made those and they tasted yummy and worked great
