If you have more than 8 in an hour & water isn't helping call your doctor or go to the ER. My doctor told me it's a sign of preterm labor.

So far 4 in an hour. Still counting though.

I had a good bit of them with my last baby. Make sure they dont get too regular.

I had a ton towards the middle and end of my pregnancy.
