reassurance for anyone bleeding in first trimester ,, it doesn't always mean your misscarrying . i had a misscarriage before this pregnancy and started bleeding when I was about 7 weeks pregnant with this one . i thought i was for sure misscarrying then i went to the er and they told me baby's heartbeat was still good & baby looked good i had blood clots big ones and was put on bed rest for four weeks till they went away on their own didn't even bleed anymore since and am currently 16 weeks .!

Same here! I had a big bleed at 11 weeks with large blood clots. ED doctor thought for sure I was miscarrying. I was given a 50/50 chance. Baby was ok. Ive had to take it very easy. Im going on 30 weeks this Wednesday💕 Words of hope😊

Same happened to me at 20 weeks I cried and prayed all the way to the hospital cause I thought I was losing my baby girl the doc said it was just blood releasing from my low laying placenta 😑😑

I had my period for the first 3 months and no pregnancy symptoms, so don't be discouraged
