Use a heating pad on your breast. The same thing happen to me. my son is 3 weeks old and I had to pump because he was born early. 3rd day after he was born my milk came in but it wasn't coming out. I used a heating pad and pumped for like 15 minutes until it became unclogged. Hope it works for you!
