it happened to me, and I had to delete the app and redownload it, @preggie_help_android fixed it for me

Lmao that was my problem too, but I just kept trying until I remebered lol I got my password sent to my email I believe :) good luck ladies! that shit had me so mad! haha

@agrace2015, Hi. Please try deleting the app and then reinstalling but before you do it, reset your password. Then you'll get back in easily.

If you don't know how to reset your password, tap your profile photo then edit. Tap edit profile and then update the password. Also what type of phone do you have? We'll look at your account. Thanks.
