Never been happier to say that I pooped lol...stomach has been hurting all day yesterday and today with gas and constipation. Hallelujah sweet relief hahaha

I've been having that issue but have found that a cup of coffee helps

@momma588, Prune juice did the trick for me...I mixed it with ginger ale to mask the taste haha

hahaha. you sound like me lol. I went 2 days ago. now I'm constipated again 😔 I can never win lol. looks like I'll be drinking some coffee Tomarrow lol. that always helps.
