Even though baby girl isn't born until June . I have been set on the name Rose for ever , just to find out my so does not care for it as a first name .. I also like Harper Rose and Emily Rose but would love to have rose as a first name .. Wish there was a way to get him to love it as much as me .. Plus my moms name is rosemary and I would love to use a part of her name for my baby . I feel like if we go with a different first name I will be settling 😩

I told my husband that I'm giving birth so I'm naming it what I want.. Your opinion is valued but not needed lol. I've named both our girls.. Now if this is a boy I will let him name.

Maybe he will come around if he realizes how important the name is to you, if we have a girl I've been set on the name Marlena (my momd middle name) for over a decade but hubby hates it. He's coming around though because he knows how sentimental it is to me

Emily rose is beautiful. But if you're set on it being a first name then try mixing it with something like your moms. Rosalie, Rosanna, Rosanna-Lee, Rosalynn, Etc. Hopefully that helped with some ideas...

Lol I usually get my way . He just hates when I do . Probably why he isn't for it . I even suggested his moms name as the middle name . I thought the name would have a lot of significance behind it
