my personal fave is when I'm on my back with my butt at the edge of the bed and he's standing there by the edge of the bed. that way he doesn't lean over onto my belly or squish my boobs.

I'm 29 weeks and have sex every day while being on my back or ontop, perfectly fine. I never experience any back pain or anything

Just move if it gets uncomfy...you should be fine!
