Im 33 weeks 1 day & ive been feeling light cramps!! Today i woke up with diarrhea & tommyache😩 its scaring me!!! What should i do or is it just normal?

I'm 34 weeks and 1 day and have that and cramps and back ache and some weird leaky ness and my baby dropped. I'm freaked out too.
