My body hurts a lot my cavs are swollen and hurts, my feet hurts and are swollen, my hands and fingers are swollen and hurts as well. Plus I'm still pregnant and only 2cm dilated ugh. What should I do about the pain and my dilating as well??????

So my doctor says this is eczema, buuutt I don’t think it is cause it only comes up on my fingers.. it hurts really bad and it crack all the time, what do you ladies think it could be? Pictures in comments..
