Has any one have had their fingers feel like they are cramped up?! My fingers hurt so bad. What do you ladies do for pelvic pain too it hurts to walk some days 34 weeks and 5 days

My body hurts a lot my cavs are swollen and hurts, my feet hurts and are swollen, my hands and fingers are swollen and hurts as well. Plus I'm still pregnant and only 2cm dilated ugh. What should I do about the pain and my dilating as well??????

So my doctor says this is eczema, buuutt I don’t think it is cause it only comes up on my fingers.. it hurts really bad and it crack all the time, what do you ladies think it could be?
