been jumping on a birth ball day & night, also been walking up and down flights of stairs for a week since I can't go on walks because it's too cold & I'm still sick.. hopefully it helps me get into labor before my 40 weeks.

Have been swimming all day and walking! Took the girls to a beach like area and spent the day 😊 Since my mom will be keeping them for 2 weeks after babies born to give me a break 😭
