So I just ate a pretty big dinner (mostly carbs lolll) and now I'm sitting on the couch and these loud noises are coming…

So I just ate a pretty big dinner (mostly carbs lolll) and now I'm sitting on the couch and these loud noises are coming from like the top of my stomach area (right below my boobs) and like in my throat. It sounds like gurgling but i can also feel it like vibrating my chest and it feels weird... so I'm assuming its gas bubbles? If I move my stomach at all it happens. Its freaking me out because I'm over paranoid, has anyone else had this before?
